Fast prioritizes speed, Balanced provides a middle ground between speed and analysis depth, and Deep uses a more in-depth model route. Availability depends on the plan and currently active models.
Free includes Fast; Pro includes Fast and Balanced; Premium includes Fast, Balanced and Deep, according to the current routing configuration. An administrator can change routing and model availability.
Pro and Premium accounts can choose from models enabled for their tools and plan where model selection is supported. Free uses automatic routing. Individual provider availability may change.
AI requests consume the credit amount configured for each tool. Your daily allowance is managed by AI Control Center and resets on its daily schedule. You can check remaining credits from your account workspace.
No. The embedded TradingView heatmap is free to view and consumes zero TradingAcademi AI credits. Running a separate AI analysis is a different request and may use credits.
Availability and delays depend on the exchange and TradingView data coverage. Charts can be delayed. The TradingView widget is for visualization and does not directly provide prices or candles to Xtrend AI.
Yes. Trading Journal AI and its AI Coach are available for eligible Pro and Premium accounts under current AI Control Center permissions. NinjaScript Assistant is planned for a future release.

You can request cancellation through the supported subscription-management process. Under the current billing integration, cancelling future renewal is intended to preserve access through the already-paid period; refunds follow the applicable policy.
